Um cookie do tamanho de um prato, com pepitas de chocolate de leite e o centro ainda macio. Este preparado da Scrap Cooking rende um cookie gigante de cerca de 18 cm — ou, se preferirem, uns 8 cookies médios para levar na lancheira.
Basta juntar 1 ovo e 75 g de manteiga derretida, espalhar a massa na nossa frigideira em ferro fundido (ou numa forma) e levar ao forno a 180 °C cerca de 10 minutos. Serve-se morno.
